Non-Verbal Communication

Definition: Non-verbal communication is the process of conveying messages without using words.
It includes gestures, facial expressions, posture, eye contact, body movement, tone of voice, and visual aids.
It supports verbal communication and makes it more effective.
2. Types of Non-Verbal Communication
1. Facial Expressions – Smile, anger, sadness, surprise etc. show emotions without words.
