Communication cycle is the process of exchanging messages between sender and receiver in a systematic way.
Steps of Communication Cycle:
1. Sender – Person who sends the message.
2. Message – The information to be communicated.
3. Encoding – Converting message into words, gestures, visuals.
4. Channel – Mode of communication (speech, writing, phone, internet).
5. Receiver – Person who receives the message.
6. Decoding – Understanding the meaning of the message.
7. Feedback – Response of the receiver to the sender.
